A professional dancer, choreographer, and mentor, I began my journey on So You Think You Can Dance- which served as a launching pad for a career that’s taken me across stage, screen, and studio. I've had the honor of performing in projects like Dancing with the Stars, Glee, and The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and have worked alongside artists such as Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, and Jennifer Lopez.
Throughout my career, I’ve faced a number of injuries that tested both my resilience and passion for dance. These experiences deeply shaped the way I approach my work today, both as a performer and as an educator.
My mission is to cultivate a community where dancers thrive not just in technique and performance but as healthy and whole human beings. A place where we break through technical and performance plateaus not by force, but by shifting our perspective and approach. Because when the mind shifts the body follows, movement flows, and lives transform.
